Booking information (all you need to know about your reservation)

Reservation policy

The reservation is made initially with an advance of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. Payment is completed upon arrival of the customer at the property by cash or credit card.

Cancellation policy

Visitors can cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. The visitor will be charged 20% of the total booking if canceled within 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in Check-out

Check-in flexible,the hotel manager has to be informed 2 days before the arrival. Check-out to 11:30

Children and Extra Beds

All children are welcome.

Baby bed is provided upon request and relevant confirmation from the accommodation. The hotel manager must be informed with the reservation.

Cleaning

We provide cleaning service every day. Change of sheets and towels every 3 to 4 days.
